Please consider this.

You are a very sincere person. Very.

So, if you could be different in any given moment, you would be.

You don’t know how to be different, and you are not accepting this.

Start with yourself!

How can you accept how other people are, if you are not accepting how you are?

You are a people.

If you do allow what is happening, acknowledging that you would

like things to be different, but prepared, without complaining, being

apathetic or complacent, to be in the situation -

for the rest of your life, this total acceptance is transforming.

Suddenly you see that the cellular memory is not you.

You see that the you you are considering as you is not the complete you.

You see that you include the cellular memory – not the cellular memory

including you.

Then, although some of the habits may still remain active,

they start to fade.

~ Paul Lowe

Did i gleam and ripple without adornment, like the sparkling sea?

Every cell in my body dancing!

Shining from the inside with a light that comes from nowhere.

Pinned to the moment like a butterfly, no longer anywhere else to go.

Candle flickering inside my heart, breath of my child breathing me.

Heart thickly laden with invisible fruit, joy beaming from my eyes.

Something broke inside, something laid down, exhausted from the struggle , and died.

Whatever i gave myself to then has flowered inside and taken over, turning my home into night sky.

I cannot tell you where I have gone, where I am going.

As the darkness took me, the road disappeared behind, and ahead, nothing.

Only walking through now and always now.

All of this for nothing!

With the entire Universe lovemaking inside me, I have stopped asking anyone for anything.

Transformation comes from not trying to override or dominate the belief, but bringing a connection between the adult and the younger self – Katherine Woodward Thomas

Confusion is when you argue with what is ~ Byron Katie

This moment is as it is because it cannot be otherwise ~ Eckhardt Tolle

Please consider this. You are a very sincere person. Very.

So, if you could be different, in any given moment, you would be.

You don’t know how to be different, and you are not accepting this.

When something uncomfortable or inconvenient is happening, we want to get out of the situation/feeling. Of course.

But how can we get out of the situation if we do not really know what the situation really is – from which we are trying to get out?

And how can we really know what the situation really is if we keep escaping from experiencing the depth of the situation?

The only way to experience the situation totally – is to be totally in it – so we can experience the experience – totally.

Another consideration.

It is possible that, in each moment, we are getting exactly the experience we need to have – in order to evolve.

So if you do not let yourself have the experience, then you will keep having the same experience – until you let yourself have it – totally.

~ Paul Lowe

“Here’s what I’ve told my children: “You have the perfect mother. I’m responsible for all your problems,

and you’re responsible for the solutions.” ~ Byron Katie

Did you know that a according to Gregg Braden’s studies, a small group of people meditating can influence the crime scale

of an entire city. Only the square root of 1% of a given population is needed to influence the rest of a community.

Only a few thousand people meditating together simultaneously with their positive feelings can influence the whole world!

Depressed? You need to feel valued, to trust you’re lovable, and this begins with you with you.

Stressed? Rub lavendar oil into the base of the skull.
